Our products are supplied for research, analytical and qualified industrial use only. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are acting on behalf of, or as, an institution, business or qualified buyer.

Accounts may not be created or used by consumers, minors, or for any purpose involving administration to humans or animals.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, the safekeeping of your credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. Prices are quoted exclusive of taxes, duties, freight and insurance unless stated otherwise. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order, including where verification, export-control or stock conditions cannot be satisfied.

Instruments are sold as certified refurbished. Each unit has been serviced, calibrated and qualified prior to dispatch. Specifications and accessories vary by lot; the configuration agreed in your sales order governs.

Warranty cover is set out in the individual sales order, typically 6 to 12 months on parts and labour from date of installation. Consumables and wear items are not covered.

Consumable products are sold "as is" subject to the manufacturer's specification. Returns of opened consumable items are not accepted except where the product is demonstrably defective.

Unless agreed otherwise, goods are shipped on an Ex Works basis and risk passes to the buyer on dispatch. Title passes on receipt of cleared payment in full.

You agree to comply with all applicable export, re-export and sanctions laws. You will not resell, transfer or use our products in violation of such laws. Certain transactions may require licences or end-user documentation.

The website, brand, content, photography and catalog structure are owned by or licensed to PX Reagents. No right to copy, scrape, republish or use them commercially is granted without our written consent.

Except as expressly stated in a signed sales order, all goods and services are provided without further warranty of any kind. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid by you for the goods giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or business.

These terms are governed by the laws of Libya. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tripoli, save where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
