PX Reagents ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you interact with our website and services, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — name, work email, phone number, institution, role and any details submitted through account requests, contact forms or procurement enquiries.
We also collect limited technical information automatically, including IP address, browser type, device characteristics, pages viewed and referring URLs. This is used for security and performance monitoring.
How we use information
Information is used to evaluate account applications, deliver quotes and orders, provide service and warranty support, respond to enquiries, send transactional communications, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for advertising or behavioural profiling.
Verification & due diligence
Because our products are intended for qualified institutional use, applications may be reviewed against export-control, sanctions and end-user verification lists. This is a condition of account approval.
Sharing
We share information only with: (a) service providers acting under written contract (hosting, email delivery, shipping, payment); (b) regulators or law enforcement where legally required; and (c) members of the PX Reagents corporate group on a need-to-know basis.
Retention
We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and for the period required by applicable tax, customs and commercial law thereafter. Enquiry submissions that do not result in an account are deleted within 24 months.
Security
We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information held. No system is perfectly secure; we ask that you use strong, unique credentials and notify us promptly of any suspected compromise.
Your rights
